Can I send sized of box/item?

You can send any size box/item providing they are not over 30KG or higher than 100cm in width, height or length. If they are over 30KG or larger than 120*55*50cm in width, height or length please contact us 2 working days in advance to receive a quote for special collection service

你可以寄運不同尺寸的箱子/物品, 但每件限重30公斤, 如果超過30公斤或超過120*55*50公分(長,寬或高), 請於收件兩個工作天以前和我們服務人員聯繫以取得另外特殊貨物取件報價

What is the price for sized  box/item?

Please go to our "Price Calculator" and select  "Own Box" and enter the dimensions (Height x Width x Length) in cms of your box/item for the price.  After receiving your box/item in the warehouse we will measure your box/item to confirm dimensions so final price may differ.

Please note: own box/items must be measured by the highest point, widest point and longest point. Also own box/item must not be over 120*55*50cm in height, width or depth and 30KG in weight.

Do I need to declare my personal belongings with Customs?

If you are entering Taiwan you will need to declare your personal belongings to Customs by filling the "Customs Declaration Form" before you leave the airport.

How does group bookings work?

If you have more than one destination address to send your boxes this is classed as a group booking.

1. All the process would be the same from "Empty Box Delivery  booking" to one address & "Sending Box booking" from one address.

2. On the documents, you need to provide us the documents based on each destination address

3. When marking your boxes you will all use the same reference number (You will get the reference number  in the confirmation email after Sending Box booking).

4. Below are examples of group booking order:

If you have 2 destination addresses in the group. Three boxes for address A. Two boxes for address B.

So the three boxes for address A will be:

BOX/PIECE NO. :  1 (the second box will be 2, the third box will be 3)

 TOTAL BOXES/PIECES : 3

So the two boxes for address B will be:

BOX/PIECE NO. :  1 (the second box will be 2)

 TOTAL BOXES/PIECES : 2

團體海/空運流程如何? 如何安排?

如果您有1個以上的目的地地址, 即為團體運輸

操作如下:

1.在英國端的送空箱和收箱皆從單一地址進行

2.但在文件方面,則須提供和目的地地址相對應的文件數, 如2個目的地收件地址,則須提供2份裝箱清單(Packing list)...etc

3.團體的訂單編號皆是一樣的,尤其在外箱上面需填上此一編號 (下Sending Box訂單後,在email顯示reference number請以此編號為主)

4.在團體的外箱上面如何填寫:

個別填寫實際寄件/收件資料外

如您有2個目的地收件地址, 地址A有3箱, 地址B有2箱

則A地址的3箱"BOX/PIECE NO." 就分別是1,2,3 ;

TOTAL BOXES/PIECES就都是 "3"

B地址的2箱"BOX/PIECE NO." 就分別是1,2 ; TOTAL BOXES/PIECES就都是 "2"

* 團體會產生Additional Delivery Charge台灣端不同地址費用: 1箱3鎊 (扣除最多箱到目的地的地址後,其餘每一箱加收3鎊)

Do you have personal storage ?

We can provide personal storage for the long or short term for GBP10 per week for up to 8 boxes. For sized items storage please contact us for quote.

If you choose our services to send your boxes/ items you can have up to four weeks of free storage before shipment day. There will be GBP10 charge per week for up to 8 boxes or items after.

What does your insurance cover

Your price will include our "Cubic Basic Insurance"which covers up to £30 in compensation per box if goes missing.

You can purchase "Cubic Plus Insurance" at £5 per box/item which covers up to £200 in compensation per box if goes missing.
