How do I ship my personal belongings by sea /air? 

You need to follow the steps below:

1 . Check the price from our "Price Calculator"

2.  Order empty box from  "Empty Box Delivery" and we deliver on date of request. Once you have confirmed  your order you will receive a booking confirmation email and next instructions.

3. Once your box is packed and ready to be shipped by sea/air. Please  go to "Sending Box" to make the booking and we will collect your box on date of request . Once you have confirmed  your booking you will receive a booking confirmation email and next instructions.

4. After you have received your invoice please select "Payment" to make payment to us. After we have confirmed  your payment you will received payment confirmation email

5. We will email you the "Shipment Tracker" (SEA ONLY) once we have loaded goods into the container.

6. Use your tracking number on our Shipment Tracker to check the progress of your shipment.

個人行李海運流程 /空運流程是什麼?

1. 至"Price Calculator" 頁面試算價格

2.至"Empty Box Delivery"頁面 下單, 完成後您會收到電子郵件確認信, 我們會在您指定日期去送空箱

3. 當您的箱子打包好, 至"Sending Box"頁面 下單, 完成後您會收到電子郵件確認信,我們會在您指定日期去收箱, 請您同時將海/空運所需的文件以電子郵件方式在同一天寄給我們

4. 當您收到我們的帳單後,安排付款

5. 付款完成後, 我們會確認你的帳款

6. 當我們在英國將您的物品裝載至貨櫃後 , 我們再將您的海運追蹤號(空運尚不提供追蹤號)寄給您, 直到您在目的地收到箱子/物品前, 您都可以利用此編號追蹤您目前箱子的狀態

寄運前請先確認箱內無下列物品,以免受罰

⊙ 海運後送行李不接受:
1. 菸
2. 酒
3..維他命
4. 隱形眼鏡
5. 蛋白粉/ 茶葉粉
6. 個人藥物(除非有處方籤與藥物放置也請另外告知我們服務人員)
7. 茶葉/餅乾請一箱勿超過 2 小盒(巴掌大)
8. 重複性全新物品 (即使是給自己/家人/朋友使用的也被海關認定在商業物品內,需使用其他方式運送) ｡
9. 一般違禁物品(槍砲彈藥毒品,腐蝕性藥劑等)

對全新物品如不確認是否過多
請一定要和我們服務人員確認
如被海關查獲新品過多會以”違反海關緝私條例處置”會被沒收
或產生高額罰款以及其他相關費用(物品即使拋棄也會有高額費用產生)，請勿抱持僥倖心態
*食品:含蛋奶肉類完全不接受

*每箱限重30公斤,30-40公斤會有30鎊超重費用,40公斤以上請另外聯繫我們報價

*每張訂單只限一次空箱快遞與一次司機收件, 多一次/點空箱快遞服務加收10鎊, 多一次/點司機收件加收25鎊

*台灣/香港有不同地址, 屬於團體寄送, 每一箱加另外收3鎊 (Additional Delivery Charge), 團體中最多箱到單一地址免此費用

What does door-to-door mean?

We only provide door-to-door service for air or sea shipments.

Which is kerbside door at collection address and deliver to kerbside door at the destination address

You only need to provide us with the related documents we required and ready the boxes for us at the pickup point and collect the boxes at the destination address.

We would handle all the transport and Customs clearance process for you.

If you need the labor service at collection address and destination address, please contact us for a quotation.

門到門服務指的是什麼?

我們以貨車能停靠的大門為收件點 至 貨車能停靠點為送貨地點

您僅需提供相關需要的文件,並在收件點交付箱子,並在送件點接收箱子

其餘海運/空運中間段所有相關運輸/報關等均會由我們處理

如在收件及送件點需要人工搬運服務請和我們聯繫取得報價

What is the maximum weight per box?

30KG is the maximum weight for each box/item. What would happen if your box is overweight?

* The driver may refuse collection if your box is overweight 

* The driver might return the box after the collection if the box is overweight. You will also need to pay for the re-collection charge

* If the driver accept the overweight box there will be, at least, GBP30 overweight charge depending on the overall weight

 If you have extremely large/heavy item(s) to send please contact us 2 working days in advance for the quotation and collection arrangement.

每箱/件限重多少?

每箱/件限重30公斤, 如果超過30公斤司機有權利拒絕收箱，或收到轉運中心測量超重後會予以退還或直接有超重費用(依照重量有超重費用30英鎊以上)
(不論大小箱皆為限重30公斤，建議以自己能輕易搬動為準則)

若因過重而有退箱情形產生之相關運費會請您支付

How long does it take to send by sea?

8 - 10 weeks from shipment day.

You must make your " sending box booking" by the last Wednesday of each month for a gauranteed shipment for the month. Otherwise you may have to wait for the next shipment which could be the end of the following month at the latest.  

* Due to COVD-19 the actual arrival day may change based on the schedule. If you have any question please contact us.

* UK office is closed for holiday from 21st December 2020 and reopen on 4th January 2021. 

* December and January shipment will combine into one shipment and the ETA is end of March 2021.

海運時間多長?

自截止收件日算起直到您收到包裹預計為8-10周, 收件截止時間通常是每月最後一周的週三

*因COVID-19疫情影響, 航運時間皆受到不同程度影響, 目前包裹抵達日期以實際抵達日期為準
*2020年12月和2021年1月貨物出口合併, 預計2021年3月底抵達台灣/香港
*2020年12月14日-2021年1月3日英國辦公室休假

Why does sea shipment take 8-10 weeks?

A5: Actual transit time takes around 6 weeks but if you include the processes of the following it can add a further 2-4 weeks until you receive your goods:

• *Queues in departure port and arrival port for loading/unloading containers on/off vessel
• *Storage in departure port and arrival port for custom checks (failed checks means delays)

為何海運時間需要8-10周?

實際的海運時間約6周時間, 但加上以下的作業時間會拉長整個海運過程

• *港口的 載貨/卸貨程序
• *等待海關查驗 以及 海關查驗 (如果有問題產生 將會花費更多時間協同海關處理)

7-12 working days from our weekly shipment

空運時間多長?

空運時間約7-12工作天左右

且空運有最少箱數限制: 2大箱 或是 3小箱

* 若不滿最少箱數限制，則需要2-3周時間集箱，且空運時間會拉長到2-3周時間

* 貨物如遇清關問題時間而延遲，這不在以上預計送達時間的保證內

* 空運限制寄送物品:菸/酒 /維他命/任何食品包含茶葉/餅乾都不能運/重複的化妝品/電子菸/空拍機等

* 另外英國寄送的近期若無回台灣並完成後送行李登記之要求，亦有機率產生關稅

Why does air shipment take 7-12 working days?

The actual transit time takes 13-15 hours but if you include  the processes of the following it can add a further 7-12 working days until you receive your goods:

• * Queues in departure port and arrival port for loading/unloading cargo on/off aircraft.
• * Security checks of goods in departure port before loading onto aircraft.
• * Storage in departure port and arrival port for customs checks (failed checks means delays)

實際的 空運時間約13-15小時, 但加上以下的作業時間會拉長整個海運過程

• *寄送地登機前安全查驗

How do I see my location of my box?

Simply enter your tracking number in "Shipment Tracker" and you will see the status of your shipment

我如何追蹤我的箱子/物品進度?

您只要將追蹤編號打入輸入框(Shipment Tracker),  即可知道目前您所屬的海運/進度

When do I get my tracking number?

You will receive a shipment tracking number after we have loaded your parcels into our sea container.  

我如何能取得我的船運追蹤編號?

在完成貨物上貨櫃作業及準備好出口後,我們就會將船運追蹤編號以電子郵件方式寄給您
