How much does it costs to send my personal belongings by air/sea?

Please contact us in advance for the box/item over 30KG or over 120*55*50cm in width, height or length. We will send you the quote for the special collection service.

Does the price include free delivery?

All England/Wales free deliveries only  apply  if you end up sending minimum 2 of our boxes. There will be a GBP10 delivery charge if you send only one of our boxes.   

All Scotland empty box deliveries and box collections are subject to a GBP10 charge

All Northern Ireland empty box deliveries and box collections are subject to a delivery charge. Please contact us for quote.

你們的費用包含免費空箱寄送嗎?

若您使用我們的海/空運服務, 英國英格蘭, 威爾斯皆提供免費送空箱服務, 但您最後只有1個箱子要寄海/空運則會有GBP10的送空箱費用

英國蘇格蘭區則無論需求數量多寡 都會有10鎊送空箱費用

英國北愛爾蘭地區則依照箱數不同而有不同送/收箱費用產生,如有此需求請與我們聯繫

Why Scotland/Northern Ireland area has delivery/collection charge?

Our warehouse and distribution centre is based in London so sending our empty boxes/collecting your boxes to and from Scotland/Northern Ireland costs us more because of the distance and different area.  

為何蘇格蘭/北愛爾蘭有額外送/收件費用?

因為目前我們的倉庫和派送調度中心是在倫敦地區, 因此從蘇格蘭/北愛爾蘭地區收/送箱會有較高的費用產生

Do I need to pay for the box, tape or bubble wrap?

No, all boxes, tapes and bubble wrap are provided for you for free.

What happens if I do not use all the empty boxes/What happens if I ordered too many boxes.

After you have made the "Sending Box" booking you can return any unused empty boxes when our driver comes to collect. If you fail to return any unused empty boxes there will be a GBP5 charge per empty box.

如果沒有使用完的空箱該如何處理? 多訂的箱子如何處理?

請在Sending Box下單時候, 填上您需退還的箱子數量, 並將您未使用完畢,多訂的箱子連同其他要收取的箱子退還給司機, 沒有退還的箱子,每箱收取5鎊費用

What is the price for sized  box/item?

Please go to our "Price Calculator" and select  "Own Box" and enter the dimensions (Height x Width x Length) in cm of your box/item for price.  After receiving your box/item in warehouse we will measure your box/item to confirm dimensions so final price may differ.

Please note: own box/items must be measured by the highest point, widest point and longest point. Also own box/item must not be over 120cm in height, width or depth and 30KG in weight. .

不同尺寸的箱子/物品 價格如何計算?

您可以到我們網站的"Price Calculator", 只需要將您的箱子或是外包裝物尺寸的長寬高(公分)輸入即可得到其價格, 每件限重30公斤,且不能超過120公分(長,寬或高), 如有特殊物品運送, 請和我們服務人員另外聯繫

請注意 我們的丈量標準是以外包裝的最高點,最寬處,最長處來計算, 最後箱子/物品價格會以在倉庫丈量的尺寸為準

Do you pay any custom duty or VAT on my goods?

No, if you are due custom duty you will be responsible. Until custom duty are paid we will not release your goods.

價格包含任何關稅或進口稅嗎?

沒有, 若您的物品被海關裁定需繳交任何關稅等費用, 我們會將其單據發給您請您支付完畢才會將您的箱子/物品派送給您

Does the price include insurance?

Yes, your price will include our "Cubic Basic Insurance"which covers up to £30 in compensation per box if goes missing.

You can purchase "Cubic Plus Insurance" at £5 per box/item which covers up to £200 in compensation per box if goes missing.

Can my goods be wrapped?

Yes, we can wrap your goods with plastic shrink wrap. This service will cost GBP15 per item.
