How do I order my empty box?

Order empty box from  "Empty Box Delivery" and we deliver on date of request. Once you have confirmed  your order you will receive a booking confirmation email and next instructions.

How long does it take for my order of empty box to arrive?

If you order from "Empty Box Delivery" before 2pm each working day you will receive your empty box the next working day.

下單後多久我可以收到空箱?

我們的送空箱日是工作天星期一到五(假日除外), 若您在工作日的2點以前下單,您可以在隔個工作天收到箱子

Do I need to order tapes and bubble wrap? 

No, tape and bubble wrap are included in the empty box order.

我需要另外預訂 膠帶和氣泡墊嗎?

膠帶和氣泡墊皆會隨著你預訂的空箱附上

How many boxes do I need to order?

We advise you to order one more than what you think you will need if you are unsure.

Give you an idea that our large box normally can contain a luggage size 28-29inches and small box can normally contain a luggage size of 24-25 inches.

如果您不確定我們會建議你比預計需要的多預訂1-2個箱子

通常我們的大箱可以放得下28-29吋行李箱的物品, 小箱可以放入24-25吋行李箱的物品,您可以用此當作預訂紙箱數量的參考

Can the driver delivery empty boxes to my front door? 

Driver will deliver to the kerbside of your address and It is up to the driver's discretionary to deliver from your front door. 

司機可以將空箱送到我住所門口嗎?

司機會將您的空箱送到您的住所大門口(靠馬路邊)

Can I cancel/ change my empty box order?

Yes, if you would like to cancel please contact us at least 48 hours in advance during working days to avoid GBP10 cancellation charge. If you want to change anything of your booking such as the number of boxes, delivery address, contact number, delivery date etc please still give us 48 hours in advance during working days.

我可以取消我的空箱訂單或更改訂單細節嗎?

可以, 請在送空箱前48小時 前 (星期一到五(假日除外) ) 和我們取消此服務, 若無取消則有GBP10費用

Can I order empty boxes to more than one address (in UK?) 

Yes, but you will need to make two separate "Empty Box Delivery" bookings.

There will be additional GBP10 charge for each additional address

Do you have weekend Empty Box Delivery service?

Yes, only on Saturdays and there will be an extra charge of GBP30. Please contact us for this service.

有假日送空箱服務嗎?

有的, 但會有額外費用產生, 如需此服務請聯繫服務人員

Do you have designated time slot for "Empty Box Delivery"?

Yes, we can deliver your empty boxes at 9 AM or before 10 AM for extra GBP 25 charge, we don't have any other specific time slot for "Empty Box Delivery" other than our standard delivery slots of 08:00 - 13:00 or 08:00-18:00 (All day). But if you really have issues of delivery times please do contact us.

你們有指定時間送空箱服務嗎?

我們可以提供 早上9點或是早上10點以前的送空箱服務, 這會另外25鎊費用, 除此之外,我們無其他指定時間的送空箱服務, 例如下午2點...等等的送箱時間

Can I order more empty boxes to an existing order (in UK?) 

Yes you can.

Any additonal delivery of empty boxes or packing materials to the original order will be charge at GBP10 each time.
